The Ocean is always nearby and offers all those activities that you would expect.  From a relaxing stroll on the beach to a wild boat ride with one of the local fishermen.

Bird Sanctuary

The local bird sanctuary "La Isla De Los Pajaros" provides a variety of bird watching and is just a boat ride away.

City of Guasave

The closest city is Guasave which is about 30 miles away.

Copper Canyon

About 100 miles away are a series of canyons that rival the Grand Canyon of Arizona.  A scenic train trip allows easy access to this area.
